At this time, we do not offer phone support, however you can contact us at INFO@GBEMSWORLD.COM or use the “Chat With Us “ on the website. What are customer service response times and hours? Customer service hours are Monday- Saturday 9am-6pm via email. We are closed on Sundays.

To be eligible for a full refund cancellation, all cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after 30 minutes, will only be eligible for a store credit if an order is unfulfilled. All fulfilled orders will no longer be eligible for cancellation. At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping.

Economy Shipping: 5-7 Business Days Standard shipping: 3-5 Business Days Express Shipping: 2-3 Business days + An additional 48hrs for order processing time for all shipping options

We advise customers to check with neighbors or their mailbox or Mailroom area because oftentimes it is left there. Once your package is handed over to the courier (delivery service) if there are any problems with the delivery you have to contact them directly.

Returns are rejected due to items not returned in their original state. You will be notified via email the status of your return and whether it has been accepted or denied.

If you’re having a problem placing an order using a valid coupon code, please contact us immediately at INFO@GBEMSWORLD.COM so we can assist you. If you place the order without contacting us the order cannot be modified and the coupon code cannot be added once the order goes through and is confirmed.
